  • FREE parcel delivery available on all orders over $100 within Australia.*
  • There is also an EXPRESS delivery option available at checkout.


The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually dispatch within 2 business days after the order is placed and payment is received.

 

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Please note: We do not ship on Australian public holidays.

 

 

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Standard Secured Parcel Post takes 2+ Working Days for delivery.

Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

Under normal circumstances:

  • Same state: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days

Express Secured Post takes 1+ Working Day(s) for delivery.

We can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive.

Changes Request
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and colour to avoid disappointment.

Lost, Damaged OR Stolen Packages
Fresh Body Personal Care does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the parcel has been handed in to Shipping Company. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, we will do our best to help you but it is the purchasers responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office.
